We have worked with respected legal experts, Farrers & Co LLP to develop a rigorous Code of Practice that all our Members must follow.
It sets out how we conduct our business to a higher standard than required by law to ensure an honest and trustworthy marketplace that meets the needs of both consumers and professional ticket agents. We encourage our supporters in the industry who are not yet full Members to make moves in their business practices that would allow them to follow our Code as a model of best practice.

We also work with the trade body, ASTA – The Association of Secondary Ticketing Agents. It serves as a contact point for consumers with questions regarding the industry and relates those views to its Members when relevant.
